Your desire didn't disappear.
It's just been waiting for you.

A three-session coaching container for women who are ready to stop drifting and start feeling — more connected, more present, more themselves.

The

Warm Up

You've been putting yourself last for so long, you've forgotten what first even feels like.

Maybe intimacy with your partner has gone from something you wanted to something you manage. Maybe you're single and the disconnect is with yourself — your body, your desire, your sense of aliveness.

Either way, you know something's off. You've tried ignoring it. It's still there.

"The problem isn't that you're broken. It's that no one's ever given you space to actually explore this — just for you."

I'm the coach you wish you had at 21.

I'm Emily — holistic sex coach, educator, and the person willing to have the conversations most people avoid. I've done 500+ hours of training under a somatic sexologist and spent years helping women untangle the shame, guilt, and grief that's taken desire's place.

I work 1:1 exclusively with women. In here, nothing is too much, too weird, or too late.

  • Three sessions, just for you.

The Warm Up is a focused 6-week 1:1 coaching container. Not couples work. Not therapy. Just you, me, and the stuff you haven't been able to say out loud yet.

We use somatic and embodiment practices to get you out of your head and back into your body — because real change doesn't happen from the neck up.

"Before working with Emily I was experiencing burnout, low libido, and pain during intercourse — and carrying a lot of guilt and concern around it. I knew things had felt off, and even though saying yes felt a little scary, I just knew it was exactly what I needed.

The whole experience has been so supportive. Emily has so much knowledge and really knows how to deliver it in a digestible way, while making you feel completely seen and supported. It's helped my relationship because I now feel safe to be open. The pressure has lifted, the shame has eased, and I'm physically feeling better in my body — less pain, more ease.

The nervous system tools in particular have been incredible. It's also shifted how I see pleasure — it doesn't have to be orgasm-related. It can be as simple as a walk in nature. If you're considering taking the leap, you have that nudge for a reason. I can't recommend Emily highly enough."

After The Warm Up, you'll...

  • Know what you actually want (and have words for it)

  • Feel present in your body, not performing from outside it

  • Understand the patterns that have been quietly running the show

  • Stop feeling like wanting more makes you broken, greedy, or difficult

  • Have somatic tools to take with you — not just insight that fades

From Our Client- Kat

“Since working together, I've found clearer communication with my partner — asking for what I want and need with so much less guilt. I have more clarity around what I actually need and want, and a deeper understanding of my body. But honestly, what surprised me most was how this work extended beyond sex entirely. I started going for what I want in life, trusting I'll be supported, and celebrating myself more — even the tiny wins.”
